The Edgewater Fair is well under my belt as is the St. Patrick Church Bazaar, just this past weekend. Both were a tonne of fun and a great chance for me to get feedback on my yarn works. I was blessed to meet so many friendly customers and amazingly talented co-vendors. The response was great and I’m almost fully booked until Christmas!
I have every intention of continuing on the craft fair trail. I’ll post my spring dates in the new year.
On a side note, the one thing that surprised and touched me the most? Our community supports artisans and makers much more that I had ever imagined. Shopping locally and supporting family owned small businesses has caught on in a big way. So many more families will be enjoying handcrafted gifts this season and so many others will be enjoying the fruits of their labours and sharing that fruit with their own children. We all become richer when we support each other. With that being said, thank you to all my patrons these past few weeks. Your encouragement has been overwhelming!
